‍Jaylo.ai is an AI-powered email management platform that helps users organize, categorize, and automate email responses. The Service integrates with Google Gmail via Google SSO authentication. Users can access features such as automated email sorting, scheduling, and smart replies.
‍Limitations:
- The Service must not be used for any unlawful activities.
- Downtime or service failure will not impact users' emails stored on their Gmail accounts.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities
- Account Creation: Users must sign in via Google Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Required Information: Managed through Google SSO.
- Subscription Plans:
     - 14-day free trial
     - Premium plan (monthly or annual subscription)
- User Conduct: Users must not:
     - Abuse, hack, or disrupt the Service.
     - Engage in spam or unauthorized marketing.
     - Violate intellectual property rights.
     - Access, store, distribute, or transmit any material that:
            - Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, infringing, harassing, or racially or ethnically offensive.
            - Facilitates illegal activity.
            - Depicts sexually explicit images.
            - Promotes unlawful violence.
            - Is discriminatory based on race, gender, color, religious belief, sexual orientation, or disability.
            - Is otherwise illegal or causes damage or injury to any person or property.
            - Violation of these guidelines may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Data & Privacy

- Jaylo.ai does not store users' email content but processes metadata as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Users consent to Jaylo.ai storing and accessing information in the terminal equipment used to access the Service for the purpose of gathering information related to the provision, use, and performance of the Service ("Usage Data").
- During and after the agreement, Jaylo.ai may:
    - Use Usage Data to improve the Service and for development, diagnostic, and correction purposes related to the Service and other similar offerings.
    - Disclose Usage Data to others, solely in aggregated, anonymized form and to the extent reasonably necessary.

5. Payments & Subscriptions
- Jaylo.ai operates on a SaaS subscription model.
- Users can choose monthly or annual billing cycles.
- No refunds are issued once a billing cycle begins.
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time, but no partial refunds will be granted.
- A 14-day free trial is available for new users.

6. Intellectual Property & Licensing
- Ownership: All AI-generated content remains the property of the user.
- Usage Restrictions: Users may not:
   - Reverse-engineer or modify Jaylo.ai’s technology.
   - Resell or distribute the Service or its components.
   - Use the Service in a manner that violates applicable laws.
   - Attempt to copy, modify, duplicate, create derivative works from, frame, mirror, republish, download, display, transmit, or distribute any portion of the Software and/or Documentation in any form or media or by any means.
   - Attempt to decompile, reverse compile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise reduce to human-perceivable form any part of the Software.
  - Access all or any part of the Service and Documentation to build a product or service that competes with the Service and/or the Documentation.
   - Use the Service and/or Documentation to provide services to third parties.
   - License, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, display, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit, or make the Service and/or Documentation available to any third party.
   - Introduce, or permit the introduction of, any viruses or vulnerabilities into Jaylo.ai's network and information systems.

7. Termination & Account Deletion
- Violation of ToS: Jaylo.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
- User-Initiated Account Deletion: Users can request deletion of their account by contacting julia@jaylo.io.
- Data Handling Post-Deletion: Upon deletion, all associated data will be permanently erased from our servers within 5 days, except as required by law.

8. Disclaimers & Liability
- "As-Is" Service: Jaylo.ai is provided as is, without warranties of any kind.
- Limitation of Liability: Jaylo.ai is not responsible for:
   - Lost or misclassified emails due to AI automation errors.
   - Service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
   - Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by French law.
- Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively through French courts.

10. Changes to These Terms
- Jaylo.ai reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
- Users will be notified via email or upon login at least 15 days before changes take effect.
- Continued use of the Service after the changes constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
